One day I will….

This is how quite a few things start in my life. I have an idea, put it on a shelf and then one day I have to do something about it.

Wishing you the most relaxing christmas holidays and an amazing move to 2014. I am quite excited about some new projects and will try to push them out for everyone to see soon.

I have finally managed to go and see the famous Greyhound Dog racing in London/Wimbledon. I wanted to do this for quite a while and finally managed to go and take my camera. The races are usually held in the evenings, so I had to turn up my ISO to pretty much maximum making them quite grainy. The leading dogs look  as if they are running on their hind legs…

I went with a friend into Central London on Saturday to take some photographs. Maybe we were quite scary looking, as wherever we went we could not see a soul.

Very refreshing…..

I had that everyone had a successful Year 2012 and some time to relax the last few days to be ready for an exciting New Year 2013.

We had a really nice time this weekend carving some little monsters into pumpkins.My little creation can be seen below.

The image below is from a performance about nostalgia, deviced by Nick Parkin, Sara Amini, Maryam Davari. A juxtaposition of movement, voice and memories.

Also, Yuliya Krylova has designed and made all of the costumes for this performance.

Yesterday I went to take a look at the first ever 3D Printshow in London. The event is packet with the latest additions to small scale and very affordable 3D printers, 3D scanners and software packages.

If you would like the chance to view the future of manufacturing and the world of 3D printing, then this is the place to go this weekend.  The 3D Printshow takes place at The Brewery, Chiswell St, London from 19 to 21 October.

I had the pleasure to take photographs of a friends cat the other day in my studio. Trying to get Phoenix, the red tabby, to pose for images, I seem to have upset it with a very strong reaction. The result can be seen below.

I was lucky to get out once more to take some pictures of some great underwater life in Wessex.The underwater world seemed slightly different from my recent trip to Cornwall.

Underwater life included: Spider Crab, Stingray, Lobster, Crab, Conga Eel(only blurry image, but it was quite large), Hermit Crab, a variety of fish, Lemon Sole, Seastar(one was even feeding on a seashell)
